We require a $50 non-refundable deposit by credit card to reserve a ride. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the ride 24 hrs prior to the scheduled pickup time.
5280 VIP Transportation has a 24hr cancellation policy.
GRATUITY: PRIVATE CAR RIDES AND SHUTTLE RIDES ARE BILLED AND PRICED BASED ON DISTANCE AND MILEAGE AND MAY OR MAY NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY DEPENDING ON THE ROUTE AND CIRCUMSTANCES. WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A NO-SHOW. Shuttle rides have our 15% gratuity fee that shows on your receipt. If you feel your driver went above and beyond, please feel free to tip extra, it is much appreciated.
SCHEDULED SHUTTLE SERVICE ROUTES/TRIPS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 3 PAID ADULT FARES TRAVELING ONE-WAY OR THE ROUTE/TRIP "may" BE CANCELLED. If a reservation is cancelled WITHIN 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup time, there might not be a full refund. This is negotiable. There is a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit. If you "pre-paid" for the full ride in advance, depending on the circumstances some of your payment "may" be creditable towards future travel bookings. This includes travel agents and affiliates. All ride bookings and reservations must be paid for in advance to guarantee your travel dates and vehicle reservation.
Reservations cancelled MORE than 24hrs prior to scheduled pickup time will be refunded in full.
Added stops must be scheduled at the time of the ride booking for availability. Courtesy stops of 15 minutes will only be included on trips of more than 1 hour in duration. We charge $120 per hour, or $2.00 per minute wait time for scheduled AND un-scheduled stops. (Bathrooms, Drinks, Grocery, Ski Rentals, Dispensary, Bank Robbery's). Otherwise it is assumed the car is booked immediately after your ride. We require a credit card deposit or an approved credit card added on file in our square credit card system. This is to cover added stops, excessive cleaning fee for vehicle damages from food, spills, seat damage, upholstery damage.
We do our best to track your aircraft if available for tracking. Blocked flights cannot be tracked and will require a phone call from the pilot to our cell phone number 970-779-2855, for weather delays.
If a change occurs requiring a diversion due to unforeseen circumstances and no fault of ours (weather, road closures):
You will be charged for the new scheduled route as well as the original reserved service. We, (5280 VIP Transportation) will not be responsible for the new location of pickup or destination. You (the client) are responsible for payment of the new transfer arrangements needed for the new pickup location or destination. The original scheduled service will be charged in full in addition to the new transfer pickup location or destination.
We reserve the right to change the equipment to a different vehicle than you originally booked or requested for your pickup. Our intention is to be consistent with what you request for your pickup, but your drop-off on the return may be a different vehicle due to availability. We do not charge extra for an unforeseen vehicle change. However, if this change creates hardship or difficulty that is mutually agreed to be unreasonable then we will consider a partial refund or credit for a commensurate portion of your trip. Deposits may possibly be NON-refundable but also "may" be creditable towards future rides at the discretion of the company. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law in some states and cities. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
