Fees Disclosure: We try to match our competitors fares.  Our quotes and reservations/receipts all have full fee disclosure.  There are NO hidden fees or surprises!  Our fares have a 20% driver gratuity, airport fee, toll road fee, and a 5% fuel/electric surcharge for each trip.  These rates can be covered by our standard "admin" fee or itemized depending on the route and ride quote.

Our price is the same for cash or credit card.  There is no discount for CASH.

 

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit by credit card to reserve a ride.  Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the ride 24 hrs prior to the scheduled pickup time. 

5280 VIP Transportation has a 24hr cancellation policy.

GRATUITY:  PRIVATE CAR RIDES ARE BILLED AND PRICED BASED ON DISTANCE AND MILEAGE AND MAY OR MAY NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY DEPENDING ON THE ROUTE AND CIRCUMSTANCES.  WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A NO-SHOW.  ANY CASH TIPS GIVEN TO THE DRIVER ARE CONSIDERED OVER AND ABOVE THE PRE-CHARGED GRATUITY. If you feel your driver went above and beyond, please feel free to tip extra, it is much appreciated. 

 

All ride bookings and reservations must be paid for in advance to guarantee your travel dates and vehicle reservation.  

Reservations cancelled MORE than 24hrs prior to scheduled pickup time will be refunded in full.

Added stops must be scheduled at the time of the ride booking for availability.  Courtesy stops of 15 minutes will only be included on trips of more than 1 hour in duration. We charge $120 per hour, or $2.00 per minute wait time for scheduled AND un-scheduled stops. (Bathrooms, Drinks, Grocery, Ski Rentals, Dispensary, Bank Robbery's). Otherwise it is assumed the car is booked immediately after your ride.  We require a credit card deposit or an approved credit card added on file in our square credit card system.  This is to cover added stops, excessive cleaning fee for vehicle damages from food, spills, seat damage, upholstery damage.   

Itinerary changes:

We do our best to track your aircraft if available for tracking.  Blocked flights cannot be tracked and will require a phone call from the pilot to our cell phone number 970-779-2855, for weather delays.

If a change occurs requiring a diversion due to unforeseen circumstances and no fault of ours (weather, road closures):

You will be charged for the new scheduled route as well as the original reserved service.  We, (5280 VIP Transportation) will not be responsible for the new location of pickup or destination. You (the client) are responsible for payment of the new transfer arrangements needed for the new pickup location or destination.  The original scheduled service will be charged in full in addition to the new transfer pickup location or destination.

 

Equipment Changes:

We reserve the right to change the equipment to a different vehicle than you originally booked or requested for your pickup.  Our intention is to be consistent with what you request for your pickup, but your drop-off on the return may be a different vehicle due to availability. We do not charge extra for an unforeseen vehicle change.  However, if this change creates hardship or difficulty that is mutually agreed to be unreasonable then we will consider a partial refund or credit for a commensurate portion of your trip.   Deposits may possibly be NON-refundable but also "may" be creditable towards future rides at the discretion of the company. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law in some states and cities. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SAFE, COMFORTABLE RELIABLE RIDE WITH LATE MODEL, WELL MAINTAINED VEHICLES.  ALL THE WHILE STAYING COMPLIANT WITH COLORADO TRANSPORTATION RULES, LAWS AND STANDARDS.  WE LOVE OUR CUSTOMERS REGARDLESS OF RACE, RELIGION OR GENDER.  WE HAVE NEVER AND WILL NEVER DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANY PEOPLE, RACE, RELIGION OR GENDER.  WE HONOR OUR CLIENTS PRIVACY RIGHTS AND WE SUPPORT ALL RACES WITH OUR HIRING OF DRIVERS.  WE HAVE ALL RACES OF DRIVERS WITH EVERY TYPE OF RELIGION WORKING WITH US.  

DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF LIMOUSINE TRANSPORTATION SCAMS WE ARE FORCED TO REQUIRE PREPAYMENT FOR NEW CUSTOMERS THAT WE DON'T KNOW WANTING HOURLY AROUND TOWN SERVICE WITH CASH OR VENMO/CASH APP.  SCAMMERS HAVE CANCELED/LOCKED THEIR CREDIT CARDS DURING A RIDE, OR THEY HAVE DISPUTED THE TRANSACTION LATER AND THE BANK/CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL ALWAYS RULE IN FAVOR OF THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER.  SO DUE TO THIS GROWING TREND WE ARE FORCED TO PROTECT OURSELVES WITH THE CASH PREPAYMENT FOR NEW CUSTOMERS FOR AROUND TOWN SERVICE.  

AS THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY I DO NOT TOLERATE 

#1. SCAMMERS/THEFT OF SERVICES OR  

#2. DISCRIMINATION OR RACISM IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.

FAKE RACISM, FAKE DESCRIMINATION.  IF ANYONE IN OUR COMPANY (OR A CUSTOMER) BEHAVES IN A DISCRIMINATING MANNER WE WILL PART WAYS IMMEDIATELY.  THIS IS A TWO SIDED COIN...THE SAME GOES FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.  IF A CUSTOMER BEHAVES IN A SHADY/SKETCHY MANNER REGARDING PAYMENT DISCRIMINATING OR RACIST MANNER WE WILL PART WAYS.  WE HAVE HAD COMPETITORS AND SCAMMERS WRITE FAKE REVIEWS WITH 1 STAR RATING WITH FAKE EMAIL ACCOUNTS/PROFILES, THESE REVIEWS ARE CLEARLY FAKE AND ANYONE CAN SEE THAT THE REVIEWERS PROFILE IS BOGUS.  WE FOLLOW UP WITH DOCUMENTED PROOF THAT THIS FAKE REVIEW WAS NEVER A PAYING CUSTOMER.  WE HAVE HAD SCAMMERS AND COMPETITORS WHO PLAY THE "RACE" CARD IN THE ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE US WITH LEGAL ACTION TO GET OUT OF PAYING THEIR TRANSPORTATION BILL.  WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY SCAMMER TACTICS TO AVOID PAYMENT.  ESPECIALLY RACISM.  THIS GROWING TREND WILL BE MET WITH THE FULL FORCE OF THE LAW WITH LEGAL ACTION AND WE WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW FOR THEFT OF SERVICES.  A 1-STAR NEGATIVE REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO ADMITS TO NOT PAYING THEIR BILL WITH A FAKE EXCUSE SUCH AS DISCRIMINATION OR RACISM IS NOT A CUSTOMER.  THEY ARE JUST A THEIF/SCAMMER THAT GOES FROM BUSINESS TO BUSINESS WITH FAKE OR STOLEN CREDIT CARDS, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WEAK LAWS AND LEGISLATION AND  LIVING OFF THE HARD WORK OF HONEST BUSINESS PEOPLE.  THIS PRACTICE OF SCAMMERS AND THIEVES EXPLOITING OUR INDUSTRY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.  THE STATE OF COLORADO HAS YET TO PASS STRICT LAWS FOR OUR INDUSTRY THAT WILL BRING STIFF PENALTIES/JAIL TIME TO CRIMINALS WHO EXPLOIT THIS INDUSTRY.  FOR NOW WE HAVE VERY LITTLE RECOURSE OTHER THAN FILING A COMPLAINT WITH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AND BLACK LISTING THE SCAMMER WITHIN OUR INDUSTRY.  THESE SCAMMERS MOVE FROM STATE TO STATE LITERALLY LIVING OFF OF THEIR SCAMS THAT STEAL FROM HONEST PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE AN HONEST LIVING AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILY.  IF A CUSTOMER BELIEVES A DRIVER BEHAVED IN A DISCRIMINATING MANNER OR IN A RACIST MANNER, THEN WE WILL REVIEW OUR CAMERAS AND INVESTIGATE.  IF WE FIND THAT THE CUSTOMER TOLD THE TRUTH WE WILL OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR THE RIDE AND FIRE THE DRIVER.  IF WE FIND OUT THAT THE CUSTOMER DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH AND IT APPEARS THAT IT WAS JUST A PREPLANNED SCAM TO GET FREE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES BY REFUSING TO PAY THEN WE WILL REJECT THE CLAIM AND FILE CHARGES FOR NONPAYMENT AND THEFT OF SERVICES.  USING THE FALSE CLAIM OF DISCRIMINATION/RACISM IS A GROWING TREND THAT SCAMMERS ARE USING TO STEAL SERVICES AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
